| Similar to what other people have been saying, I had a hard time putting this together. I thought the directions were clear, there were good pictures of everything and all the parts were labeled, there were just SO MANY pieces. If you are patient and organized you can do it without much frustration, but it takes a lot of time. In my specific experience I read the directions while my husband and father each worked on putting pieces together. We spent about 3 hours putting it together that first night, but we had several damaged pieces in the box, so we had to leave it until the replacement pieces came. When I called the company they were very nice, I just told them which pieces I needed and she took care of it free of charge. She sent me an email confirmation and tracking info. Unfortunately it took them about 2 weeks to actually ship the new parts, and a third week for them to get to me. This meant for me that my living room was full of parts and pieces waiting for this shipment to get here. When it finally got here all the correct pieces were there and in good condition. I finished putting the table together myself, but it took me a few more hours. I'm still glad I picked this table, I like that all the doors and drawers hide away the clutter, and that it can be a dresser when we are done using it as a changing table. It was a hassle to have to wait for those parts for 3 weeks, but if you plan far enough ahead, that shouldn't be a big problem. |
